LUSEP’s 53 hectare (168, 000 sq m) site encompasses a variety of multi-occupancy buildings in a parkland setting, with ample catering, sport, leisure and conference facilities. A 35 hectare expansion is well underway with fully-serviced plots available for now for sole and shared use design and build options.
